We are obliged to act quickly on unlawful or harmful content, and we want to fix plain old mistakes just as fast. To make that possible, tell us:
- the exact page link (and the section, if the page is long);
- what is wrong — and, where you can, a source we can check it against;
- if it is an infringement claim: what right you hold and how we can verify it;
- how to reach you, if you would like an answer.
Content on Paralight is sourced and dated wherever possible, and AI-assisted synthesis is labelled. When you tell us something is stale, we re-check it and update the verification date — that loop is the whole point of this site.
What we cannot do for you
So you do not waste a wait on us: Paralight is an information platform, not a travel agency or visa agent. We cannot book flights, hotels or tickets, cannot file or check visa applications, cannot contact authorities on your behalf, and cannot give legal, immigration, tax or medical advice. What we can do is point you at what we know, with the source and the date attached.
